Day 3...

So I have managed to get to day 3 of my eating plan. I found this through a friend of mine...who got it on the internet... Yes, i know!!! Never do this kind of thing through the internet... But  I got curious!! It promised to loose 4 kilos in 3 days... So it was kind of an experiment... I always been to a specialist when I wanted to loose some weight so I know what to eat what not... Even though I don't do that often :) The bad thing is that I have a nasty cold... Hope staying at home and taking some mild syrop will actually make it go away !!If not Monday morning i am going to the doctor's...













So this is me!!! how I look now... I am at the dog shelter with my friend Ziva as you can see... She is a rescued dog looking for a new family!!! She is such a sweet dog!!! She loves to cuddle and give kisses!!! We were trying to take her pictures for the adoption form but she didn't stay still for a moment... only when i hold her like that and talk to her...

Birthday.....

It's been so long from the last time a posted something here... But life has been so full lately that I had no time to think the changes that happen even more to have time to write things down... Leaving on my own has been amazing so far!!! I love my new apartment!!! I love every single thing about it... even the little things that don't work properly...because it's MY flat :)
After having this dream of mine come true. Having my own space, i was thinking what will be my next step...
It's been some time now that i haven't been very satisfied with myself... I have gained a lot of weight and i have become a couch potato ...So i have decided to change that!! In 20/10 was my birthday so my new goal for this year is to be healthier!!! Loose some weight and a lot of exercise!!! Hopefully at 15/11/2012 i can take part at the 5k marathon if not running at least walking. I know it's an ambitious goal but I will try!! I'll try to post more about this journey of mine..
Today is my first day of a healthier lifestyle.. i started a new eating plan that based in healthier choices.
Please wish me luck because I going to need it!! I was thinking to start my exercise plan with a half hour walks 3 days a week. So 5k marathon here I come!!!
