In the kitchen

I have started soooo many crochet projects at the same time that I can't seem to finish any of them! (typical typical!)
The same applies for my blog posts....
So I stopped and went to my kitchen to bake and cook and have some fun!
Here are two of my creations that I actually took the trouble to photograph.
First this delicious apple crumble!!! I'm in love and I want to bake this and eat it daily.
Fortunately for my wardrobe I don't have the time.
You can find the recipe here. (it's in Greek)

Here is a more healthy meal choice. Two boiled eggs, light cheese, wholegrain bread and lettuce.
I just tried to make it more presentable.
Hope you like it!

Strawberries!

I hope everybody had a lovely holiday.
I went to Malta with my sister and brother-in-law.
We had a blast!!
I have found this recipe and so wanted to try it for quite some time.
Not only I really like the ingredients. I love the food styling.
So after indulging due to the holidays it was time to get back to a healthy eating plan and this recipe was the perfect way to start!
Hope you try it too!
Love,
Sophia.

Biscuits!

Easter is coming! So I started making biscuits for my family and friends. This is the first bunch. They are actually butter biscuits covered with black chocolate and colourful sprinkles. You can find the recipe here (sorry it's in greek.). I found it quite easy and fun to make. The cookie basket is made out of a paper plate. I found this idea on the internet and I loved it!! It's the best!!! You don't have to find where to put your cookies or give your tuperware. I actually buy fancy paper plates and use them all the time when I want to give out homemade cookies, biscuits, muffins or cupcakes.
Love,
Sophia
