My best friends daughter asked me to crochet two "Stheno" mermaids for her and her friend.
I made some changes to the original doll, which you can see here

It's been a very productive August up until now.

I made this small coin purse for my new bag
I found the diagram pattern here and decided to use it as a base to make this cute coin purse.

Ελπίζω η έμπνευση και η μανία για βελονάκι να διαρκέσει!!

The Bag!

After two years I, finally, finished "The" bag and I couldn't wait to buy a proper handle to saw it to you!!

I went for a coffee with my dear friend Maria and decided to take a few photos.

Μετά απο 2 ολοκληρα χρόνια επιτέλους τελείωσα την τσάντα μου!!!

Δεν μπορούσα να περιμένω να πάρω κανονικό λουρί για να σας την δείξω!

Πήγα για καφεδάκι στην Πλάκα με την φιλενάδα μου την Μαρία και τραβήξαμε μερικές φωτογραφίες.

Playing with colors

I found this old Christmas cards in the office. They were misprinted and nobody wanted them so I decided to take them because I loved the sketch. It's sketch from Yialouris, a Greek painter from Chios island.You can read about him here. As I was watching the news last night and in an effort to calm down I started colouring them. This is the end result.

Κάνοντας εκκαθάριση στην δουλειά. Βρήκα αυτές τις παλιές Χριστουγεννιάτικες κάρτες. Είχανε τυπωθεί λάθος και κανείς δεν τις ήθελε. Αποφάσισα να τις πάρω γιατί μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ το σχέδιο. Το σχέδιο είναι ενός Χιώτη ζωγράφου του κου Γιαλούρη Νίκου. Μπορείτε να διαβάσετε περισσότερα για αυτόν εδώ. Εχθές το βράδυ βλέποντας ειδήσεις και σε μια προσπάθεια να ηρεμήσω με τα διάφορα που λέγανε άρχισα να  προσθέτω χρώματα.
Αυτά είναι τα αποτελέσματα.

Merenda cupcakes filled with Gemista biscuits

Last night I decided to make some cupcakes. Merenda cupcakes what else?? But this time I put a little surprise in them! They are delicious!

Χθες βράδυ με έπιασε μια μικρή υπογλυκαιμία και αποφάσισα να φτιάξω cupcakes με μερέντα. Για να δοκιμάσω και κάτι καινούργιο πρόσθεσα και γεμιστά μπισκότα. Βγήκανε πραγματικά πεντανόστιμα!
Έφτιαξα αυτή την συνταγή και απλά πρόσθεσα το μπισκότο.

Yarn rocks!

My mum uses this rocks to keep the tablecloth in its place because our veranta is really windy and nothing else works. I was browsing on Pinterest and found this beautiful rocks. I decided to try and crochet the rocks for her.

Η μητέρα μου χρησιμοποιεί μεγάλα βότσαλα για να κρατάει το τραπεζομάντηλο στην θέση του. Χαζεύοντας στο Pinterest είδα αυτά τα πλεγμένα βότσαλα και είπα να δοκιμάσω να φτιάξω μερικά για το τραπέζι μας.
