Alkistis beanie

My dear friend Alkisti and partner in crochet crime asked if I could make a beanie for her. After careful consideration and a lot of browsing the internet I found the perfect one.

The pattern was really easy to follow and has alot of sizes to choose.
I would definitely be making more of this!!!
The yarn is Attica Bulky- It took two
I love this yarn!!! Is bulky and soft to the touch.

Note to self: Never use a black back round for a black project...

Η  'Αλκηστις μου ζήτησε να της φτιάξω ένα σκουφί,παρόλο που πλέκει με βελονάκι καταπληκτικά η ίδια, λόγω έλλειψης χρόνου. Μετά απο αρκετή αναζήτηση στο διαδίκτυο βρήκα το ιδανικό.

Crochet for a cause!

I am really happy when I can combine two things I really love. This time is volunteering and crochet. The amazing ladies at "It took two" (a yarn shop very close to my apartment) gave me the opportunity to crochet for a cause. This summer we will be knitting and crocheting for the children of  "Pisti".

Χαίρομαι ιδιαίτερα όταν μπορώ και συνδυάζω πράγματα που αγαπώ. Αυτή την φορά είναι ο εθελοντισμός και το πλέξιμο με το βελονάκι. Οι καταπληκτικές κυρίες του "It took two" μου δώσανε την δυνατότητα να πλέξω για ένα καλό σκοπό. Αυτό το καλοκαίρι θα πλέκουμε με βελόνες και βελονάκι για τα παιδιά του συλλόγου "Πίστη".

What is the best way to celebrate Star Wars day??? By crocheting a Yoda beanie!!!
I found this lovely pattern at Knot Your Nana's Crochet and gave it a go.
The result is awesome and I can't wait to make more of this for friends and family.

Ποιός είναι ο καλύτερος τρόπος να γιορτάσουμε τo Star Wars???
Πλέκοντας ένα σκουφάκι Yoda.
Βρήκα αυτό το πατρόν στο Knot Your Nana's Crochet και έπιασα το βελονάκι μου.
Το σκουφάκι βγήκε τέλειο και σίγουρα θα φτιάξω κι άλλα!

Σας εύχομαι ένα καλό μήνα και καλή Πρωτομαγιά. Τελικώς το έπλεξα το στεφανάκι μου για φέτος.
